Job Description
Senior Corporate Application Administrator at FinThrive serving as system administrator primarily for the Gong enterprise platform, partnering with business unit SMEs to ensure optimal system performance and value realization.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain applications, including configuration, integrations, data integrity, and platform upgrades.
- Monitor system usage and drive adoption to maximize ROI.
- Ensure reliable day‑to‑day operations, proactively identify and resolve issues, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
- Provide first‑level support for all internal users, owning incident management.
- Act as system administrator for the Gong platform, manage all integrations and user access, collaborate with Sales Operations on new feature rollouts and system updates.
- Manage Gainsight user access, data integrity, integration knowledge, and data flow.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline processes and improve overall effectiveness of the technology stack.
- Collaborate with Operations and Enablement teams to provide training and support, ensuring proficiency.
- Cultivate deep understanding of FinThrive systems, applications and business processes, staying current with latest applications to drive adoption.
- Coordinate enhancements, upgrades, data conversions for multiple business groups with varying needs to serve the overall enterprise.
- Translate business requirements into application functionality.
- Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and ensure smooth transition of new and existing applications.
What You Will Bring
- Experience with Gong (or similar conversation intelligence platform), administration, reporting, and adoption.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Salesforce.com with data integration/modeling skills.
- 3+ years in revenue operations, finance, data analysis, business intelligence, or similar, supporting business operations at scale.
- 3+ years in Sales, Marketing, or Commercial Operations.
- Basic to advanced SQL and data modeling skills.
- Understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, distilling complex data into clear actionable insights for leadership.
- Adaptability to dynamic, fast‑paced environments and proactive contribution to evolving needs.
- Troubleshooting skills with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in all phases of project cycle interfacing with technical teams and business users.
- Familiarity with change and release management processes.
Preferred Experience
- Proven track record in a role similar to Sales Enablement Specialist or Sales Operational Analyst.
- Experience in a Scrum/Agile/Fast‑paced environment.
