Job summary

Mavenir, Bengaluru, is building the future of networks with cloud-native software and comprehensive 4G/5G Layer-1 solutions. You will contribute across the full development cycle—from design and implementation to integration, testing and customer deployment—within a dynamic team.

Applicants should have strong knowledge of 4G/5G L1 PHY, deep understanding of 3GPP specifications, and experience in new feature development and system debugging.

Qualifications

• Proficient in 4G/5G Layer-1 PHY and 3GPP specifications.
• Experience in developing and integrating new features for wireless systems.
• Strong debugging skills for system tests and customer field issues.
• Experience taking module or sub-system ownership and delivering end-to-end.
• Familiarity with Intel FlexRAN is a plus; collaborates well across teams.

• Strong working knowledge of 4G/5G Layer-1 (PHY)
• Deep understanding of 3GPP specifications and L1 procedures
• Experience in new feature development and integration
• Strong debugging skills for system test and customer field issues
• Experience taking module/sub-system level responsibility
• Intel FlexRAN experience is preferred
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
