Job summary

Mavenir is seeking an experienced test/validation engineer to prepare test programs, design fixtures, and define validation procedures for cutting-edge networking products. You will lead end-to-end telecom validation, define test strategies, and drive scalable automation across distributed environments.

Candidate should be skilled in Unix, Python, SIP/DIAMETER/VoLTE testing, and modern deployment tools (K8S, Docker, ArgoCD, GitLab).

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end telecom validation and large-scale integration testing.
• Ability to define test strategies, frameworks and validation plans.
• Experience designing scalable test automation and system validation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop test programs and fixtures and write specifications for new products.
• Lead end-to-end validation and drive quality governance models.
• Define and optimize testing across distributed environments and multiple systems.

Role Summary

Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products.

Key Responsibilities

• Extensive experience in defining test strategies, frameworks, and validation
• Strong capability in designing scalable test automation and system validation solutions
• Ability to analyze and define quality metrics and governance models
• Experience in optimizing testing across distributed environments and multiple systems
