Job summary

EXL Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a detail-oriented professional to monitor and enhance performance across associate activities. You will deliver timely transaction monitoring reports and provide actionable insights to improve quality and compliance.

The role requires travel industry exposure or a travel diploma, and experience with GDS systems to support travel operations. You will maintain an audit-driven log of root causes and participate in baseline activity to uphold service standards.

Qualifications

• Must have travel industry experience or a diploma in travel.
• GDS knowledge or experience is required for the role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to generate reports for stakeholders.

Job description

• Prepare and deliver accurate and timely transaction monitoring reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze quality performance data continuously and recommend actionable improvements at both the associate and process levels.
• Provide root causes of errors, compliant/escalations and maintain an analysis log ;based on audit data and feedback loop.
• Update performance tracking tools (e.g., Prompt) to ensure timely and accurate reporting of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Understand and actively participate in baseline activities to maintain operational standards.
• Travel knowledge is mandate- Experience in travel Industry or diploma in travel is mandatoryGDS experience/knowledge required ;
