Job summary

EXL Talent Acquisition Team is seeking an Accounts Payable professional in India to manage account analysis, reconcile AP and GRNI/LI, support month-end/year-end processes, and respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner.

You will handle payment runs, posting and redistribution of invoices, cash forecasting for HO, process expenses, and act as backup for Accounts Receivable and lead the AP team as needed.

Job description

• Account analysis and reconciliation AP accounts and GRNI/LI
• Support month end and year end preparation
• Respond to all internal and external inquiries and vendor queries in a timely manner
• Resolve payment disputes and invoices that are overdue
• Posting and redistribution of invoices
• Payment runs and manual payments
• Provide cash forecast AP for HO
• Process and pay expenses
• Backup for Accounts Receivable & leading the AP team
