Job summary

MAIA is seeking a skilled interior professional to join the Bespoke interiors team for high-rise residential projects and premium villas. You will review MEP drawings, monitor construction progress, and ensure on-site work meets MAIA’s strict guidelines.

Based in Chennai, the role offers accelerated career growth and collaboration with external vendors and internal stakeholders. You will contribute to delivering premium homes with quality and timely delivery, working within MAIA’s Bespoke

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field is mandatory.
• 2+ years of work experience on interiors of residential high-rise projects or large villas.
• Ability to review MEP drawings and monitor construction progress.

Responsibilities

• Review and study all MEP Drawings.
• Monitor construction progress on site.
• Ensure contractors execute work as per guidelines.
• Conduct tests to check integrity of work.
• Update daily progress reports and create MIS.
• Monitor all contractors are following stringent safety protocols as per the site and their contract.
• Follow and implement all of MAIA’s constructions SOPs
• Maintain key relationships with external vendors and consultants
• Communicate ongoings with internal stakeholders such as Site Engineers, Employees, Management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and study all MEP Drawings
