Atos in Bengaluru is seeking a 3DEXPERIENCE Lead to manage and support the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, driving technical excellence and smooth operations. The role focuses on AMS activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and leading continuous improvements.

The ideal candidate brings 5–10+ years of experience, strong EKL/MQL/Java/JSP/TCL/TK skills, and proven leadership. You will collaborate with PLM, ERP, MES, and CRM teams, and mentor junior members in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong technical expertise in EKL, MQL, Java, JSP, TCL/TK, and platform workflows.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMS operations for 3DEXPERIENCE, including Jira tracking, ticket triaging, and aged/crucial ticket follow-ups.
• Provide technical guidance, solution design, and customization for 3DEXPERIENCE applications (ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA).
• Manage integrations with ERP, MES, and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with PLM team, key users, and Atlassian team for resolution and enhancements.
• Conduct daily stand-ups, weekly alignment calls, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, training, and documentation updates.
• Ensure QA, automation, and adherence to best practices.
• Perform team lead activities and manage ad-hoc tasks from PLM and business teams.
