Job summary

EXL Talent Acquisition Team in India is seeking a detail-oriented operations associate to handle process transactions in line with standard procedures. You will work to meet assigned targets and ensure quality across all transactions while adhering to company policies.

The role emphasizes customer focus, effective communication, timely issue resolution, and alignment with the SLA. You may undertake additional duties as directed by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the process transactions are processed as per standard procedures
• Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with the process are met
• Ensure the quality of the transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters
• Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures
• Focus on Customer Satisfaction, rapport building, effective communication and timely resolution of Customer concerns
• Achieving key targets for the process in line with the SLA (Service level Agreement)
• Any other essential function that may occur from time to be directed by the Supervisor.
