As a 2G NPO Engineer supporting Movate Technologies at Nokia GDC in Noida and Chennai, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of 2G radio frequency network planning, counter-level KPI analysis, parameter tuning, and performance optimization across multi-vendor cellular networks. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing, planning, and optimizing 2G network coverage, capacity, and quality parameters utilizing advanced optimization tools, working hands-on with both Nokia and Ericsson telecommunications equipment and network management platforms, performing in-depth counter-level KPI analysis, KPI dip investigation, and WCL root cause analysis (RCA), monitoring daily performance dashboards, traffic trends, drop call rates, and block call rates, independently managing end-to-end 2G network planning and optimization activities across regional clusters, operating specialized tools such as NetAct, ENM, WinFiol, Mycom, and other relevant radio optimization platforms, collaborating closely with cross-functional network engineering, field operations, and client stakeholder squads, preparing comprehensive technical optimization reports, parameter audit logs, and performance improvement summaries. You will utilize your proactive troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills to resolve complex radio frequency anomalies under strict service level agreements. Furthermore, you will manage application requirements ensuring strict compliance with the relevant 2G NPO experience requirement and Noida or Chennai on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and optimize 2G radio access network (RAN) coverage, capacity, and quality parameters.

Required Qualifications & Skills
