Detailed Job Description

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Telecom Commissioning and Integration, you will take total ownership of remote delivery operations, technical coordination, and project execution at the Nokia Global Delivery Center (GDC) in Noida. Your daily responsibilities will span managing remote commissioning and integration workflows for Ericsson and Huawei network elements, leading technical discussions with vendors and stakeholders, and providing advanced troubleshooting support for GNOC/NOC teams. Operating in a fast-paced office environment (not remote/WFH), you will monitor project milestones, enforce rigorous quality and timeline standards, and drive technical escalations to timely resolution. Furthermore, you will mentor junior engineers, review engineering documentation, and align project outputs with customer expectations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in telecommunications project delivery and network operations.
• Strong, proven experience in GNOC / NOC operations and large-scale project management.
• Hands-on and robust technical knowledge of Ericsson and Huawei telecommunications equipment and core/access platforms.
• Demonstrated professional experience in Commissioning & Integration (C&I) activities across mobile networks.
• Proven track record in handling end-to-end remote delivery projects and managing multi-vendor environments.
• Strong technical coordination, troubleshooting, escalation management, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to lead technical teams, manage multiple concurrent activities, and work onsite from the Nokia GDC office in Noida.
