Job summary

315 Work Avenue is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to lead corporate interior projects and coworking spaces, from concept through completion. You will prepare test fits, space planning, and layout drawings, and coordinate with consultants and vendors to ensure design intent on site.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Architecture or Interior Design and 3–8 years of relevant experience, with strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, MS Office, and PowerPoint, plus excellent

• 3-8 years of experience in corporate interior design or coworking spaces.
• Experience with large-scale office projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review test fits, space planning, and layout drawings per client requirements.
• Manage and review GFC drawings and ensure design intent on site.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth design execution.
• Handle client management, presentations, and design approvals.
• Stay updated with materials, finishes, and market trends for innovative, cost-effective design solutions.
• Ensure brand consistency and design quality across all projects.
• Support project documentation, BOQ validation, and design reviews.

Skills & Tools

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, MS Office, and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of design detailing, materials, and fit-out processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Architecture / Interior Design.
• Minimum 3-8 years of experience in corporate interior design or co-working spaces.
• Experience in handling large-scale office projects will be preferred.
