Job summary

Pinakiin Designs in Mumbai/Pune is seeking a Lead Designer (corporate interiors) with 8+ years of experience to lead office fit-out projects from concept to execution. Pitching concepts and material selections with a strong corporate interiors portfolio are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and design corporate interior fitout projects from concept to execution, with a focus on office spaces.
• Present layout designs and space planning ideas clearly and effectively to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Play a key role in the pitching process, creating compelling presentations that win new projects and meet client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure design integrity and alignment with client vision.
• Ensure all designs meet functionality, aesthetic, and budget requirements, maintaining high standards of quality.
• Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Mandatory: Extensive experience in corporate interior fitouts, particularly in corporate office interiors (only apply if you have a portfolio showcasing these projects).
• Expertise in pitching design concepts and making persuasive layout presentations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and other design tools.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, furniture layout, material selection, and design presentation.
• Excellent communication skills to present ideas to clients and internal teams effectively.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, working independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to lead a team while maintaining a client-focused approach.
