• Collaborate with vendors to provide customized business solutions and foster strong partnerships.
• Oversee logistics inputs and implement procedures for seamless operations.
• Optimize transportation costs through effective vendor and transporter coordination.
• Support marketing efforts and manage operations of value-added products/services.
• Evaluate pricing strategies for existing and new products/services based on market demand.
• Generate and present MIS reports to top management for strategic decision-making.
