Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a reputed university
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Experience in Construction site execution, preferably in real estate and high-end apartments
• Working knowledge of IS codes and practices

Key Responsibilities

• Site management, planning and execution of project
• Monitoring work at site
• Managing workers and organizing the working schedule on a daily basis
• Efficient communication and delegation of work
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors & vendors
• Adhering to SOPs with 100% accuracy
• Ensuring quality construction standards and using proper construction technique/application
• Timely intimation of project delaying activities
• Experience on working in aluminium shuttering and concrete works
• DLR and DPR submission to management
• Basic knowledge in MEP works
• Monitoring and Control of marble, tile and granite works
• Monitoring and Control of Gypsum plaster, painting & other finishing works as per schedule and the set quality standards
