Job summary

MAIA Estates is seeking a civil engineer to lead site management and execution for premium real estate projects in Bengaluru. You will oversee planning, daily work schedules, quality control, and coordination with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering with 4+ years' experience, strong knowledge of IS codes, and hands-on experience with high-end residential builds and associated finish work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from a reputed university.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience.
• Experience in Construction site execution, preferably in real estate and high-end apartments.
• Working knowledge of IS codes and practices.

Responsibilities

• Site management, planning and execution of project.
• Monitoring work at site.
• Managing workers and organizing the working schedule on a daily basis.
• Efficient communication and delegation of work.
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors & vendors.
• Adhering to SOPs with 100% accuracy.
• Ensuring quality construction standards and using proper construction technique/application.
• Timely intimation of project delaying activities.
• Maintaining site protocol.
• Preparing Bar bending schedule.
• Experience on working in aluminium shuttering and concrete works.
• DLR and DPR submission to management.
• Basic knowledge in MEP works.
• Overseeing and directing façade works like Glazing, Aluminium works etc.
• Monitoring and Control of marble, tile and granite works.
• Monitoring and Control of Gypsum plaster, painting & other finishing works as per schedule and the set quality standards.
