CPL Group is seeking a Social Care Manager in Dublin to join a new Tusla service delivering trauma-informed care for youths aged 13–17. The role focuses on creating a safe, therapeutic environment and developing positive attachments through relationship building.

The manager will oversee centre management, financial oversight, staff supervision, health and safety, and ensure compliance with HIQA standards and Tusla protocols.

Qualificações

• 5 years’ experience in a Social Care Grade in a Children’s Residential Centre.
• Registered in the Social Care Workers Register maintained by CORU.
• CORU approved Social Care Worker qualification or eligibility for CORU registration.
• High standard of suitability and ability for the role.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain a safe, caring, and stable environment for the young people in the centre.
• Ensure Care and Placement Plans are in place, agreed, implemented, and monitored.
• Promote rights and responsibilities of each young person.
• Participate in planning and strategic development for Children’s Residential Centres.
• Manage the budget and staff resources; recruit and supervise staff.
