Grouper is seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper with strong Xero experience to review and optimize our Xero setup and manage daily financial transactions. Reporting to Directors, you will handle payments, invoices, and financial data with precision in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include preparing monthly statements, VAT returns, and assisting with year-end accounts, vendor management, and financial reporting to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Xero accounting platform.
• Strong bookkeeping capabilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to prepare monthly financial statements and VAT returns.

Responsibilities

• Process and record payments, invoices, income, and receipts with precision.
• Prepare monthly financial statements including cash flow, P&L, and balance sheets.
• Accurately prepare and submit VAT returns.
• Account reconciliation and support for year-end accounts.
