Job summary

Cpl Group in Cork, Ireland, is seeking an organized bookkeeping professional to join our client-focused finance team. You’ll progress from core bookkeeping tasks toward owning monthly close, reconciliation, and tax-compliance support while collaborating with senior leadership.

You’ll work with Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, and Dext in a cloud-based workflow, delivering accurate financial records, timely VAT returns, and clear communications with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Xero, Sage, QuickBooks or Big Red Book required.
• Strong familiarity with accounting ecosystems including Dext.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and data handling.
