Job summary

MSL Motor Group in Dublin is seeking a Workshop Controller for our Mercedes-Benz North Dublin dealership. You will manage day-to-day service workshop operations, maximise throughput, and ensure work is documented to MB guidelines.

Based at North Dublin initially, with a move to the new flagship later in 2026. You will lead a technical team, coordinate with service advisors, uphold health and safety standards, and drive training and development within the workshop.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a premium-brand workshop.
• Strong knowledge of workshop processes and diagnostics.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organise and schedule workshop activities for maximum efficiency.
• Allocate work to technicians based on skills and workload.
• Monitor quality, complete final inspections, and resolve technical concerns.
• Coordinate with service advisors to manage customer requirements and updates.
