Mercedes-Benz North Dublin is seeking a Showroom Host & Customer Experience Coordinator to welcome every visitor with warmth and professionalism as part of the new flagship dealership build. You will coordinate appointments across Sales and Aftersales and guide customers smoothly through their journey using our Welcome Assist system.

Working closely with Sales Managers and Service teams, you will maintain a premium showroom environment, manage Reception and communications, and ensure exemplary

• Experience in luxury hospitality or premium customer service.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain calm in a busy showroom.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional welcome for every visitor.
• Coordinate customer arrivals and appointments across Sales and Aftersales.
• Direct customers to the correct colleague and manage showroom flow.
• Maintain reception, communications and showroom presentation to luxury standards.
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives and follow-up communications.
