Adare is seeking a Workplace & Client Experience Coordinator to join our office in Blackrock. This part-time role (22.5 hours/week, Mon–Fri, 9:00–14:00) combines client engagement, workplace operations, and technology administration to create a professional and welcoming environment.
You will be the front line for visitors and calls, manage facilities, support onboarding/offboarding, and assist with project administration and documentation using AI-enabled tools where helpful.

Creating Outstanding Client Experiences
Acting as the first point of contact for telephone and office enquiries.
Providing a professional, friendly and efficient experience for clients and visitors.
Managing incoming communications and ensuring enquiries are dealt with promptly.
Supporting a Great Workplace
Coordinating office supplies, facilities and workplace services.
Maintaining welcoming meeting rooms, kitchen and communal areas.
Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Technology & Systems Coordination
Acting as a key liaison between employees and outsourced IT providers.
Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
Managing user accounts, system access and equipment records.
Becoming a super-user of key business systems and supporting reporting requirements.
Client Project Support & Delivery
Working alongside consultants to implement efficient client support processes.
Coordinating project administration and documentation.
Support & delivery of workplace investigations and client projects.
Preparing, formatting and quality checking employment contracts, policies, handbooks and reports.
Using AI-enabled tools to support documentation, meeting transcription and process efficiencies.
Events & Employee Experience
Supporting conferences, exhibitions and business development events.
Coordinating travel and event logistics.
Helping organise team activities, fundraising initiatives and employee engagement events.
You'll be someone who thrives in a busy, professional environment and enjoys balancing people-focused responsibilities with operational and administrative tasks.
You will have availability to work onsite in our Blackrock office, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Essential Experience
At least 3 years' experience in administration, office coordination, client services, workplace experience, hospitality, executive support or a similar role.
Experience working in a client-focused environment.
Experience administering systems, databases or software platforms.
Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Essential Skills

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
