Job summary

INFORM3 are recruiting for an experienced Site Foreman to join a residential development project in Co. Kerry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, coordinating groundworks and civils crews, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.

Site Foreman Key Responsibilities

• Supervising day-to-day site activities and groundworks
• Managing and coordinating site crews and subcontractors
• Overseeing drainage, roads, footpaths and utilities
• Setting out and checking works where required
• Reading and working from construction drawings
• Ensuring works are completed to specification and programme
• Coordinating plant, materials and labour on site
• Monitoring workmanship and maintaining quality standards
• Liaising with engineers and site management
• Maintaining a safe and organised working environment
• Identifying and resolving issues as they arise on site
• Providing progress updates to the Site Manager / Project Manager

Site Foreman Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Foreman on residential or civils projects
• Strong groundworks and civil engineering experience
• Good knowledge of drainage, roads, utilities and site development
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements
• Ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively
• Full driving licence
• Relevant Safe Pass and CSCS qualifications
