Inform3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Working Site Foreman for a busy residential project in South Dublin. The role is hands-on on site, coordinating trades and supervising activities to ensure high-quality works.

The successful candidate will lead on-site activities, collaborate with site management and subcontractors, and maintain quality while keeping progress on schedule. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Working Foreman / Site Foreman.
• Strong hands-on construction experience.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate a team effectively.
• Good understanding of construction practices and site procedures.
• Strong attention to quality and detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site activities and trades.
• Work hands-on alongside the site team when required.
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Coordinate with site management, subcontractors and other trades.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor progress and help ensure works remain on schedule.
• Ensure safe working practices are maintained on site.
• Manage day-to-day activities and resolve issues as they arise.
