Ryanair is seeking an ambitious Business Analyst to join Europe’s busiest customer service team. You will work with workforce management, data insights and reporting, building dashboards and predictive models to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.

You'll develop functional requirements, create process maps, automate tasks and deliver insight reports to senior stakeholders using tools like Power BI and Excel. A strong analytical mindset and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent qualification.
• Project management qualification preferred.
• Experience in Workforce Planning and Business Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop business cases and functional specs for BI development.
• Map processes and automate tasks currently manual.
• Create predictive models on self-service and escalations.
• Produce insight reports and dashboards for executives.
• Collaborate with outsource partners to reduce contacts and deflections.
• Develop reports to support future forecast and headcount planning.
• Forecast staffing requirements from historical data and volumes.
• Monitor real-time performance and adjust staffing to meet SLAs.
