Ryanair in Dublin is recruiting a Head of Commercial Finance & Analytics to lead planning, performance analysis and strategic growth across Europe. You will build robust financial models, guide capital allocation and partner with technology, route development and commercial teams to optimise profitability.

Based at our Dublin Head Office, you will manage a high‑performing team of analysts, drive KPI frameworks and ensure forecasts align with the finance function.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Experience in finance, analytics or strategy roles.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage long-term growth plans to allocate capital for maximum profitability.
• Lead bi-annual planning, deploying aircraft and deciding routes and frequency.
• Review commercial performance and drive actions to grow profitability.
• Own KPIs and reporting to give clear visibility of performance vs plan.
• Lead scenario analysis and business cases for network and investments.
• Monitor European competitor capacity, fares and market trends.
• Collaborate with Labs to improve data use and visualization.
• Work with Route Development to keep airport costs up to date.
• Provide commercial challenge and analysis to ensure robust decisions.
• Interface between Commercial and Finance to align plans and forecasts.
• Drive continuous improvement and develop a high-performing team.
