Job summary

Expleo is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support a leading retail organisation in shaping and evolving its People & Culture technology landscape, with a focus on Workday and colleague-facing platforms.

You will partner with business, technology and third-party stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and future-ready HR, Learning, Talent and Workforce Management solutions across modern enterprise systems.

Qualifications

Strong Solution Architecture experience in large enterprises.
Experience designing HR, Learning, Talent or Workforce Management solutions.
Strong understanding of Workday within HR tech ecosystems.
Experience with enterprise integrations and API-led architectures.
Knowledge of IAM technologies including Entra ID, SailPoint, SSO and MFA.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable tech solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution architecture across the People & Culture technology portfolio.
Define target-state architectures, roadmaps and solution designs.
Provide architectural leadership for Workday-related initiatives and HR tech programmes.
Develop integration strategies across enterprise systems using modern API-led approaches.
Ensure alignment with security and identity management standards (SSO, MFA).
Collaborate with stakeholders, delivery teams and external partners to drive architectural decisions.
Govern solution designs to align with enterprise architecture principles and strategy.
