Job summary

Primeline Group is seeking a proactive Systems Administrator to support and maintain warehouse, inventory, and workforce management systems at the Ashbourne site. You will work closely with warehouse operations, IT and third-party providers to ensure system performance, data accuracy and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes monitoring, issue resolution, data integrity and effective collaboration across departments, with focus on operational efficiency and compliance with data standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Systems/ Warehouse/ Logistics/ Inventory/ Data Administrator or similar role.
• Strong data entry and data management skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience using WMS, ERP, workforce management systems or similar operating software.
• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
• Excellent communication skills to support colleagues across functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support WMS and workforce management platforms to ensure continuity.
• Process inventory transactions, stock movements, user records, and operational data accurately.
• Monitor data integrity and resolve discrepancies to support performance.
• Provide first-line support for system issues and escalate as needed.
• Support warehouse staff with systems, handheld devices, scanners, and related tech.
• Generate, analyse and maintain reports for operations and performance.
