Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a highly organised Warehouse Administrator to support daily warehouse operations, maintain records, and coordinate documentation to meet customer and company requirements.

You will work with the Warehouse Supervisor, use the WMS to ensure stock accuracy, and liaise with the Transport Team on inbound and outbound deliveries.

This role requires at least two years in administrative or warehouse support, strong Excel skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in admin, warehouse admin or warehouse support.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock data in the system.
• Process deliveries, goods received and stock movements.
• Compile operational and inventory reports for management.
• Coordinate with transport for inbound/outbound deliveries.
• Provide admin support to warehouse staff and ensure records are complete.
