Job summary

Findlater & Co, part of Valeo Foods Ireland, seeks an experienced Channel Specialist Wine to join our Dublin HoReCa team. You will develop new business, grow existing accounts, and hit ambitious sales targets across your territory.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in B2B wine sales, strong knowledge of the Irish wine trade, and a WSET Level 2 or 3 qualification (or equivalent). A full driving licence is required.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably within wine, drinks or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of the Irish wine trade across multiple channels.
• WSET Level 2 or 3 qualification (or equivalent wine knowledge).

We're looking for an ambitious wine sales professional who shares our passion for exceptional wines and is excited by the challenge of growing premium wine brands in the Irish market.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Channel Specialist Wine (Business Developer) to join our Dublin-based HoReCa team. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, growing existing accounts and delivering ambitious sales targets across your territory.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong wine knowledge, a passion for sales and a desire to work with some of the most prestigious wine brands in the industry.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably within wine, drinks or hospitality.


• Strong understanding of the Irish wine trade across multiple channels.


• WSET Level 2 or 3 qualification (or equivalent wine knowledge).


• Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.


• A clear strategy for both new business acquisition and account development.


• Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills.


• Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building ability.


• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems.


• Full clean driving licence.
