Fallon & Byrne in Dublin seeks a dedicated Bartender for our Wine Cellar during our busiest festive period. You will be customer‑focused, delivering a superior experience for guests and supporting event operations with a polished, welcoming atmosphere.

We require at least 1 year in hotels/events/restaurants, strong English, and a flexible weekend schedule. Earn an hourly rate of €14.15, with growth opportunities, training, wellness benefits and staff discounts.

Qualifications

We are looking for a dedicated Bartender to join our dynamic team in our Wine Cellar restaurant, during our busiest and most festive time of the year.

As we are passionate about exceeding our guests’ expectations, you will be extremely customer focused and passionate about delivering a superior experience for our guests.

Please note that these are short term roles until 31st December 2026

The Person

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year experience in hotels, events, or a restaurant environment.
• Proficiency in English Language essential.
• A warm and friendly personality - someone who genuinely enjoys working with people.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a love for creating a polished and welcoming atmosphere.
• Ensuring every guest has a memorable experience from start to finish of their event.
• Great communication skills - someone who can engage with both guests and the team in a positive manner.
• A passion for providing excellent service, particularly in an event environment.
• Working hours will vary so flexibility is important - particularly at weekends.
• You’re passionate about what you do and bring your authentic self to work everyday.
• You’re innovative in your approach to your role and not afraid to think outside the box.
• You combine analytical and methodical thinking with high attention to detail and a solution-focused approach.
• You have a high standard of integrity, with sound judgement and a commitment to excellence
