Fallon & Byrne in Dublin is seeking enthusiastic Waiting Team Members to support our Events team for weddings, corporate events and parties, with weekends predominating.

You will deliver warm, attentive service in a polished environment, engage with guests and colleagues, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in hotels, events, or a restaurant environment.
• Proficiency in English language essential.

We are seeking enthusiastic Waiting Team Members to join our Event's team to support a variety of events, from weddings, to corporate events andparties. Please note that the majority of these events are held on weekends.

The Person

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year experience in hotels, events, or a restaurant environment. - Experience with fine dining is a plus!

• Proficiency in English Language essential.

• A warm and friendly personality - someone who genuinely enjoys working with people.

• Impeccable attention to detail and a love for creating a polished and welcoming atmosphere.

• Ensuring every guest has a memorable experience from start to finish of their event.

• Great communication skills - someone who can engage with both guests and the team in a positive manner.

• A passion for providing excellent service, particularly in an event environment.

• Working hours will vary depending on the event schedule, so flexibility is important - particularly at weekends.

• You’re passionate about what you do and bring your authentic self to work everyday

• You’re innovative in your approach to your role and not afraid to think outside the box

• You’re an empathetic leader, with the ability to inspire others

• You combine analytical and methodical thinking with high attention to detail and a solution-focused approach
