Job summary

Fallon & Byrne, Dublin's premier food destination, is seeking Bartending Members for our Event’s team to support weddings, corporate events and parties. Most events occur on weekends. Experience in hotels, events or restaurants is required, with fine dining a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience: a minimum of 1 year in hotels, events or restaurant environments. Fine dining experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in English language essential.
• Warm, friendly personality with genuine enjoyment of working with people.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a polished, welcoming atmosphere.
• Ensuring every guest has a memorable experience from start to finish of their event.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality bartending service at events including weddings, corporate events and parties.
• Engage with guests and team with strong communication and a positive, proactive approach.
• Deliver excellent service, especially in an events environment, while maintaining a polished presentation.
