Job summary

Fallon & Byrne, Dublin's premier food destination, is seeking Bartending Members for our Event’s team to support weddings, corporate events and parties. Most events occur on weekends. Experience in hotels, events or restaurants is required, with fine dining a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience: a minimum of 1 year in hotels, events or restaurant environments. Fine dining experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in English language essential.

• Ensuring every guest has a memorable experience from start to finish of their event.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality bartending service at events including weddings, corporate events and parties.

• Deliver excellent service, especially in an events environment, while maintaining a polished presentation.

We are seeking enthusiastic Bartending Members to join our Event's team to support a variety of events, from weddings, to corporate events and parties. Please note that the majority of these events are held on weekends.

The Person

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year experience in hotels, events, or a restaurant environment. - Experience with fine dining is a plus!
• Proficiency in English Language essential.
• A warm and friendly personality - someone who genuinely enjoys working with people.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a love for creating a polished and welcoming atmosphere.
• Ensuring every guest has a memorable experience from start to finish of their event.
• Great communication skills - someone can engage with both guests and the team in a positive manner.
• A passion for providing excellent service, particularly in an event environment.
• Working hours will vary depending on the event schedule, so flexibility is important - particularly at weekends.
