The role involves engaging theatre staff, clinicians, procurement and management to promote a broad portfolio, identify new opportunities, and deliver excellent customer support in a field-based setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or B2B sales preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Highly motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
• Commercially focused with a customer-first mindset.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan.
• Drive sales growth across existing and new accounts.
• Deliver product demonstrations and in-service training.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for product evaluations and conversions.
• Manage sales pipeline and customer activity.
