Adecco (Portugal) is seeking a Territory Sales Specialist to drive growth across the West of Ireland, managing surgical and medical consumables with a focus on account development and commercial expansion.

Territory Sales Specialist | Surgical & Medical Devices

West of Ireland Territory | Field-Based | Medical Devices

Please note that this is not a theatre-based clinical support role. Theatre attendance forms part of the position when required, however the role is predominantly focused on account management, territory development and commercial growth.

We're partnering with a well-established healthcare supplier to recruit a Territory Sales Specialist responsible for growing a portfolio of surgical and medical consumables across the West of Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious medical device sales professional, clinical specialist, or healthcare professional looking to build their commercial career within a respected and expanding business.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships across acute and community healthcare settings, working closely with:

• Theatre Managers & Theatre Staff
• Clinical Nurse Specialists
• Procurement Teams
• Hospital Management
• Community Healthcare Professionals

Your focus will be on promoting a broad medical and surgical portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer support across your territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan
