Job summary

PRO Stainless Designs Ltd. in Ireland seeks a Responsible Welding Coordinator (RWC) to lead welding and inspection activities, ensuring compliance with ISO 14731, EN 1090, and customer requirements.

You will maintain welding quality documentation, oversee WPQRs and WQRs, support audits, and work with production, quality and engineering to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years RWC experience within a relevant industry – ideally Pharma or Engineering.
• A formal RWC qualification is highly desirable.
• CSWIP 3.1 Weld Inspector certification considered an advantage.
• Understand BSEN 1090 and ISO 14731 related processes.
• Ability to plan weld details with designers, supervisors, team leads and fabricators.

Responsibilities

• Lead welding and inspection activities to ensure ISO 14731 and EN 1090 compliance.
• Maintain weld quality documentation, logs, procedures and checklists.
• Oversee WPQRs and WQRs and ensure qualifications meet industry requirements.
• Control welding system and non-destructive testing processes.
• Coordinate with production, quality and engineering teams for safe, compliant operations.
