Dovida Ireland is seeking an On Call Coordinator to support the scheduling team over night weekends and public holidays. The role emphasizes discretion, clear communication, and accurate record-keeping to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

You will work in a collaborative office setting, maintaining records, coordinating with caregivers and staff, and ensuring service standards are upheld. Some travel may be required as the business requires.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Reflect the core values of Dovida
• Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner and distribute to appropriate staff
• Enter and maintain accurate client and caregiver records in the operating system
• Communicate client and caregiver concerns to owner or staff as appropriate
• Ensure Dovida standards are met and upheld
• EP responder logs in manually on the IQ system
• Taking messages, calls and following up on login alerts in the IQ system
• All queries are recorded and a report is created and sent by email
• Demonstrate open and effective communication with owner, colleagues and caregivers
