Job summary

Dovida Ireland is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage staffing rotas, monitor client and caregiver concerns, and foster strong relationships with clients and caregivers. The role requires strong communication, organisation, and professional presentation, with daily use of Word/Excel and the People Planner CRM.

Responsibilities

• Organise all rotas and staffing requirements (Rostering shifts).
• Monitor, mediate and log client and caregiver concerns.
• Develop excellent relationships with caregivers and clients.
• Encourage contact between caregivers, clients and the office.
• Maintain Client service schedule in People Planner CRM.
• Enter and maintain Client and Caregiver records.
• Record Caregiver hours and input into People Planner.
• Handle emergencies decisively and professionally.
• Answer calls in a friendly, professional manner.
• Participate in meetings related to scheduling rotas.
• Perform any other necessary duties.
