Job summary

Supermacs Charlestown is seeking a Lobby Host for part-time weekend shifts to welcome guests, assist with mobility aids, and maintain a clean lobby and toilets. You will help keep queues smooth, engage customers with menu suggestions, and ensure a warm, safe dining environment.

The role requires energetic, friendly, and outgoing individuals who can work with management to deliver excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service in the hospitality environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Able to interact positively with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner; make them feel welcome.
• Assist with buggies, wheelchairs, or trays to help customers.
• Keep lobby and toilets clean and stocked throughout the store; manage spills promptly.
• Ensure lobby and serving areas are set up, clean, and tidy.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Report any issues to the Duty Manager and management as needed.
