Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and make them feel welcome.
• Assist with buggies, wheelchairs, or trays and offer menu recommendations.
• Keep lobby and toilets clean, safe, and well-stocked throughout the store.
• Ensure lobby and serving areas are set up, clean and tidy.
• Respond quickly to spills and cleanliness issues to maintain a great visit.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Address customer complaints with management when needed.
• Collaborate with management and staff to ensure smooth customer flow.
• Take pride in providing an enjoyable dining experience for customers.
• Maintain a consistently clean area, including tables, floors, baby chairs, and bins.
