Job summary

Supermac’s Roscommon is seeking a friendly Lobby Host to welcome guests, assist with buggies and trays, and help guide customers through the dining experience. The role emphasizes keeping the lobby, floors, toilets, and seating area clean and safe, while communicating with staff to ensure smooth customer flow and a welcoming atmosphere for every visitor.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with a focus on delivering high standards of cleanliness, service, and the best possible

Qualifications

• Excellent customer care and positive representation of the company.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly with staff and customers.
• Energetic, approachable, friendly and courteous demeanor.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with buggies, wheelchairs, or trays to help customers.
• Keep lobby and toilets clean, manage spillages, ensure floor safety.
• Ensure lobby and serving areas are set up, stocked, clean and tidy.
• Maintain urgency in cleanliness and clear tables promptly.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Escalate issues to the duty Manager and coordinate with staff.
• Contribute to an enjoyable dining experience for a growing customer base.
