Job summary

Supermac’s Clonshaugh is hiring lobby hosts to welcome guests and facilitate a smooth dining experience. You will help with buggies and mobility aids, maintain a clean lobby, assist staff, and ensure customer flow remains friendly and efficient.

Flexibility to cover shifts and a strong focus on hospitality are essential. Responsibilities include greeting customers, keeping areas clean, and communicating with management to resolve issues and improve service.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service in the hospitality environment preferred.
• The ability to recognise problems and potential conflicts with both customers and staff.
• Analytical skills and the ability to think logically.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner to make them feel welcome.
• Assist with buggies, wheelchairs, or trays and offer menu suggestions.
• Keep lobby and toilets clean with focus on spills and floor safety.
• Ensure lobby and serving areas are stocked, clean and tidy.
• Respond quickly to spills and clear tables as needed.
• Communicate with customers to ensure quality satisfaction with food and service.
• Escalate issues to the duty Manager and Management as needed.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and take pride in the guest experience.
