Maria Logan is seeking a Wedding & Events Executive in Dublin, offering €32-35k plus bonus. This hands-on role manages weddings and events from enquiry to handover, ensuring a high standard of service.

You’ll handle client communication, site visits, proposals, contracts and payments, coordinating with internal teams to keep events on track and running smoothly across weddings, corporate functions and private events.

Formación

• Experience in weddings or events.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and bookings with high service levels.

• Manage events from initial enquiry through to booking, planning and handover to operations.
• Handle client communication, site visits, proposals, contracts and payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure each event runs smoothly.
