Job summary

Mount Juliet Estate seeks an exceptional Weddings Executive to join our Events team and lead the wedding journey from enquiry through to the day itself. You will build relationships with couples, present proposals and coordinate with internal departments to deliver a seamless five‑star experience.

Based in Thomastown, Ireland, you will drive guest satisfaction, upsell services and ensure every detail reflects our luxury, five‑star standards within the Marriott Autograph Collection network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in weddings, events, hotel sales, hospitality or a similar customer‑focused environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially aware with an understanding of sales, conversion and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to wedding enquiries and present proposals.
• Build relationships with couples from enquiry to wedding day.
• Coordinate planning meetings, tastings and appointments.
• Ensure detailed wedding plans are communicated to all teams.
• Deliver high‑level personalised service on the day of the wedding.
• Support forecasting and reporting for the weddings business.
