Conference & Banqueting Manager - Kildare - Accommodation Available - €60K

MLR is delighted to present a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Conference & Banqueting Manager to join a dynamic 4* hotel operation in Kildare, offering the chance to take ownership of a key department and play an important role within the wider management team.

You will have responsibility for the overall running of the Conference & Banqueting Department, overseeing weddings, conferences, private events and functions from planning and set-up through to service.Working closely with senior management and the wider hotel team, you will ensure the smooth delivery of events while maintaining a strong focus on service standards, guest experience and commercial performance.The ideal candidate will be a strong C&B operator with excellent leadership and organisational skills who enjoys being hands-on and developing a high-performing team.
