Glanua is seeking a Site Manager for on-site delivery in Leinster, Ireland. This permanent role includes a six-month probationary period and requires strong site leadership to drive projects safely on time and within budget.

You will manage mobilisation/demobilisation, coordinate construction activities, supervise daily site operations, and liaise with stakeholders. Experience in water/waste water sectors and Safe Pass/First Aid certs are preferred.

Qualifications

• HND in engineering/project management related qualification.
• Experience within the water/waste water/effluent treatment industry ideally.
• Safe Pass and First Aid certificates are required.

Responsabilités

• Mobilisation and demobilisation of worksite activities.
• Coordinate and control construction activities to meet schedule and budget.
• Manage day-to-day site operations and briefings; prepare RAMS; ensure safety compliance.
• Act as on-site main contact for project stakeholders, clients and supply chain partners.
• Ensure timely ordering of plant and materials; check drawings and quantities.
• Promote safety and delivery quality standards and monitor compliance.
