Job summary

Liebherr Group in Ireland seeks a Warranty Administrator to support the Earthmoving Technical After Sales team. You will manage warranty claims, supplier recoveries, service contracts and departmental reporting, acting as the liaison between internal teams, suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities include claim preparation, data reporting and coordinating travel, hotel bookings, and extended warranties. Prior warranty/aftersales experience preferred; role offers development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in warranty administration or aftersales coordination.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate claims processing and data handling.
• Excellent communication with suppliers, customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Validate warranty claims and maximise recoveries for labour, parts and sub-contracts.
• Prepare clear, accurate claims and documentation for suppliers.
• Challenge information when needed and obtain better data from depots.
• Prepare documentation for returning failed parts to factories.
• Maintain communications between suppliers, factories and internal departments.
• Issue credit note requests and manage warranty contracts.
• Monitor service information progress and prepare reports and statistics.
• Collect data and report on Key Account performance.
• Support After Sales with LiDAT telematics data analysis and Travel & hotel bookings.
• Undertake tasks as required by Liebherr – Great Britain Ltd.
