Job summary

Combilift is seeking a motivated individual to join the Global Aftersales Team in Monaghan, Ireland. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, communication, and problem-solving within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include warranty support for claims, managing training requests, and assisting in parts return processes. Experience with MS Excel and Syteline is advantageous, and knowledge of Combilift products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with dealers to ensure all warranty claims are loaded to the web portal.
• Manage warranty accounts and ensure communication via the online portal.
• Provide training on Combilift aftersales support systems.
