Job summary

Haleon is hiring a Warehouse Operator (6 Months Fixed Term) in Dungarvan to perform daily warehouse tasks, handle inventory movements, and support high-volume manufacturing and production lines. You will operate forklifts and scanners, ensure accurate GMP-compliant processes, and maintain stock records with attention to safety and quality.

Minimum Leaving Certificate and at least 2 years in a warehouse are required; experience with RF scanners is a plus.

Qualifications

• GMP, EHS, Quality procedures and HAPS basics knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Daily use of warehouse tools (forklift, power pallet truck and hand truck) to complete tasks while adhering to safety regulations.
• Operations associated with Inventory movement to support internal & external customer service.
• Processing goods in receivals.
• Selection and transfer of materials for downstream consumption.
• Receipt and labelling of finished products.
• Export of finished products.
• Maintenance of accurate Inventory systems.
• Cycle Counting.
• Activity to support High Volume Manufacturing work centres.
• Check near expiry, orders for delivery, and status of goods in system.
• Replenishment of material when items are low.
• Ensure only clean and properly labelled materials are issued to production and that all rejected material are promptly treated and disposal taken in line with standard operating procedures.
• Ensure prompt data entry input for the receipt, inspection, and issuance of raw and packaging materials.
• Ensure immediate posting of all stock transaction documents so they reflect the true inventory balances.
