Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking a warehouse specialist in Ireland to ensure efficient flow of materials. You will receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, manage ERP-based material movements, and support production by issuing raw materials per pick lists.

The role covers organising domestic and international shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and driving continuous improvement in warehouse operations while adhering to 5S and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse and shipping experience.
• Experience handling domestic and international shipments.
• Comfortable with ERP systems; Oracle experience is an advantage.
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong focus on quality, compliance and workplace safety.
• Team player with a proactive and autonomous approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and store incoming materials with accuracy.
• Manage material movements in Oracle ERP (receipts, transfers, issues, finished goods).
• Support production by issuing raw materials per pick lists.
• Organise domestic and international shipments with carriers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and investigations.
• Support transfers between warehouse, production, sterilisation, and distribution centres.
• Ensure non-conforming materials are segregated in quarantine locations.
• Continuously optimise warehouse space and 5S housekeeping.
• Operate forklifts and pallet trucks safely.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions or equipment issues promptly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
